The XRM is the fastest and lightest marathon cross-country bike that Lapierre has ever produced. It marks the return of Lapierre to the highest level in the cross-country universe. The frame has been lightened and completely redesigned around a new suspension kinematic, where the rear triangle has been stripped of the pivot point between the seat stays and the chain stays.
The 110mm travel and the vertical flex of the seat stays assure the comfort and improve both grip and efficiency. A reactive and comfortable bike that will enable you to exceed your limits.

- Maxxis tires for best grip
- Thru axle locking lever with bottle opener
Lapierre Technology
Carbon
We at Lapierre use four distinct fibre types, each with its own characteristics. Our engineers can use these different fibres to adapt the stiffness, flex and strength needed for the parts of the frame in question. High-strength fibre is what you will need for shock absorption and comfort: seatpost, chainstays, seatstays or even the whole frame. Very high-modulus, meanwhile, will have unyielding stiffness and efficiency.
New Kinematique
The new XR has been stripped of the pivot point between the chain stays and the seat stays with the aim of lightening the rear triangle. The vertical flex of the seat stays improves both comfort and grip whilst rigidity is assured by the chain stays.
Designed for XC Marathon
Racier, lighter and more comfortable, the new XRM is designed specifically for Marathons. With 120mm front travel, 110mm rear travel and new geometry this bike is made to attack, no matter the distance.
Sram 1×12 speed transmission
The Sram 1×12 speed transmission combines a 32tooth chainring with an 11-50tooth cassette giving you a wider spread of gears to attack the trails. The Sram GX rear derailleur provides precise shifting whether its climbing or in the sprint to the finish line.
